Viewer Format Overriding
At the bottom left of the Viewer there is a list of formats. The first format is preceded by "Source":
- The Source format is the format of the Source connected to the Viewer displayed at the top.
- The other formats displayed on the list are presets provided with Autograph as well as any user-added formats.
Overriding the Viewer format allows you to set the connected item to a different definition:
- You can force a new square definition on a composition whose initial aspect ratio is 16:9.
- You can change the size or Pixel Aspect Ratio of an image connected to the Viewer.
In the first case, you can connect the same composition to three different Viewers, rendering it three times with different definitions.
See the Format Overriding section for details - in particular to work on compositions with changing content. This makes Autograph the first software solution to offer Responsive Design video.
